Refund Policy
All sales are final and are not eligible for refund. If you accidentally ordered the wrong hair please email us and we may be able to work something out.
For Example: If you accidentally ordered hair in the wrong texture (Body wave) and the texture you want(Straight) is of equal value, we may be able to change it depending on if your order has been processed already.

By using our website you agree to use it responsibly. You also agree to the collection of some personal information taken on our site.
For Example: Name, Address, Email, Phone number
We Do Not collect and store any of your payment information.
Lost And Returned Packages
When placing your order it is crucial that you double-check to ensure your shipping information is correct. We Are Not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All packages will require a signature release.
Shipping
We ship via United States Postal Service(USPS). Shipping is 1-3 business days.
Order Processing
Orders take 3-7 business days to process. If there is a mistake with your order please email us immediately after placing your order as refunds will not be available.
